Foreword \/ Self-conception ACT<\/b><\/div>

Adventure Country Tracks e.V. is a registered association. It has existed since 2018 and is run on a voluntary basis. ACT e.V. successfully continues a project that was initially conceived by Touratech employees in 2015 and implemented by the Touratech brand and the support of well-known sponsors from the motorcycle industry. \u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
ACT e.V. is dedicated to sustainable, legal, exciting off-road travel in the European backcountry. In accordance with the purpose of the association and its statutes, the association annually scouts off-road routes and tracks in a European country for drivers of so-called adventure motorcycles and travel enduros, documents the project cinematically and photographically and provides all information on routes, regions, hotels, landscape, culture, special features and people available to members.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
“The best education is found by a clever person while traveling.” (J.W.v.Goethe) Individual travel promotes respect, knowledge and understanding, and it connects people, regardless of culture. Individual, conscious motorcycle travel promotes these effects even more directly.\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
At the same time, sustainable motorcycle travel off the tourist highways supports the infrastructure in the hinterland, the corner stores, the small guesthouses and hotels, the inns and gas stations. All ACT tracks appeal to good to very experienced endurists with suitably equipped, suitable touring motorcycles. ACT is authentic and successful, and does not produce masses.\u00a0<\/div>

The association and the project<\/b><\/p>

While the ongoing work of the association, the maintenance of the large community online and in social media as well as the direct communication at trade fairs and events is financed exclusively by membership fees, the projects for new ACT Tracks can only be realized with the commitment of people and brands from the motorcycle industry.\u00a0<\/p>

In return for this great commitment, the companies receive the professionally told, convincing and authentic story of the respective brand products in the “natural” environment – be it motorcycles, clothing, communication, tires, services – in film and photo material. ACT is real, and the experience of the project reinforces the sympathy and credibility of the brands involved with their customers and stakeholders.<\/p>

Entitlement and entitlement of the partners \/ sponsors \/ the association<\/b><\/p>

Companies are expected to be socially responsible and to act sustainably. Credibility and acceptance by stakeholders are success factors, and mission statements commit not only to positive contributions that a company or brand makes, but also to reducing or avoiding negative impacts.\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
With this in mind, all those involved in the ACT project can expect a high level of professional and present awareness to ensure that each brand is presented in the best possible context and protected from harm. This refers not only to new or ongoing ACT projects, but also to past projects.\u00a0<\/div>

In particular, the responsible ACT project team itself attaches great importance to compliance with the Code of Conduct during the project trip. For their part, however, the participants also make a binding commitment to be mindful and to comply with the following rules of conduct and communication to protect against negative effects.\u00a0<\/div>

General rules of conduct\u00a0<\/b><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
NOTE: These rules apply equally to the behavior on the trip and to the communication in social media (et al.) that takes place in parallel and after the project, and they apply to Corporate Partners as well as to individuals<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
  • We are ambassadors of our brands and as motorcyclists in every moment.<\/li><\/ul>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    • We behave in a sympathetic and friendly manner.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
      \u00a0<\/div>
      • We treat each other with respect, courtesy and appreciation within the group, but also in every encounter with people on the trip.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
        \u00a0<\/div>
        • We do not discuss\/comment on problematic topics (e.g. politics, religion, attitude) in the public space, and we also show consideration within the group.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
          \u00a0<\/div>
          • We avoid any verbal \/ non-verbal discrimination.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
            \u00a0<\/div>
            • We do not get into arguments and disputes at any point. \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
              \u00a0<\/div>
              • We do not leave trash behind.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
                \u00a0<\/div>
                • We stay on the trail (no unnecessary water crossings, no “scars” in the terrain, private land is respected).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
                  \u00a0<\/div>
                  • We drive slowly, quietly and considerately through villages and settlements and do not intentionally scare people or animals.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
                    Commercial Usage of the ACT Track\u00b4s\u00a0<\/b><\/div>
                    You can not use the ACT Track commercially unless you have a agreement in place with the ACT e.V. If you are planing any sort of commercial activity with or on the track please reach out to the ACT Team.\u00a0<\/div>
