ACT Community Calendar 2027

Have you captured an unforgettable moment while riding one of our ACT tracks? A breathtaking mountain view, an epic gravel road, or a special moment with your riding buddies?

Now is your chance to become part of the ACT Community Calendar 2027!

We’re inviting our entire ACT Community to share their favourite photographs from their adventures along our European ACT tracks.

From all submissions, the ACT Board will select the 12 best photographs to be featured in our official 2027 calendar – with the photographer’s name credited alongside their image!

How to Participate

• Choose your best photos from your ACT adventures, preferably in landscape format and high resolution, suitable for A3 printing.

• Send your photos to calendar@adventurecountrytracks.com.

• Include your name and the ACT track where each photo was taken.

• Submission deadline: November 29, 2026.

Photo Submission Guidelines

To make sure we can use your photos in the calendar, please keep the following in mind:

• Original photos only: You must be the photographer or hold all necessary rights to the images you submit.

• Photo quality: Please submit original, high-resolution files without watermarks or text overlays.

• Image rights: By submitting your photos, you grant Adventure Country Tracks e.V. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use selected images for the ACT Community Calendar 2027, including its printing, sale, distribution and promotion on our website, social media channels and other ACT communication materials related to the calendar.

• People in photos: If individuals are clearly identifiable, please ensure you have their permission for the intended publication and promotional use.

• Photo credit: Selected photographs will be credited with the photographer’s name.

• Selection: The ACT Board will make the final selection of the 12 photographs. Submission does not guarantee publication.

You retain the copyright to your photographs.
