ACT Office closed
Please note that the ACT Office will be closed from 24 July until 20 August 2026.
During this period, we will not be able to process enquiries, membership requests or support tickets within our usual response times.
Our website, member area and online shop will remain fully available throughout this period. If you are planning an upcoming adventure, we kindly recommend preparing in advance by downloading your ACT tracks before your trip and ensuring your membership is active.
If you need personal assistance, please contact us before 24 July, as the ACT Office will not be staffed during our summer break.
Many common questions can already be answered in our ACT Forum, where our community is always happy to help, or in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We wish you a fantastic riding season and look forward to assisting you again when the ACT Office reopens on 21 August 2026.
