Invitation Extraordinary Assembly

Dear ACT members,

Following a reassessment of the VAT treatment of our membership fees, ACT is facing significant financial changes.

To ensure the long-term funding of our association’s work, we would like to discuss and vote with you on an adjustment to membership fees, as well as an amendment to the membership and financial regulations.

We therefore cordially invite you to the extraordinary general meeting on 11 December 2026 at 4.00 pm at Cinenova in Cologne-Ehrenfeld (Loucine Bar & Bistro).

All the relevant information, the agenda and the full draft resolutions were sent to all members by email today. Please contact the ACT office if you have not received this email.
