Adventure Country Tracks e.V. (ACT) is celebrating a special milestone in our anniversary year: With ACT Morocco, we are developing our tenth track in our tenth year 

In early October 2026, our international team of motorcycle riders, filmmakers and photographers travelled through Morocco to explore the new route and capture the experience of riding through the country’s fascinating hinterland in images and stories. With the expedition now successfully completed, we’re looking forward to sharing this extraordinary adventure with our community. The film premiere is scheduled for December.

From Marrakech to Midelt and through Morocco’s hinterland

After arriving in Marrakech and completing the final preparations, our team set off for Midelt, the official starting point of ACT Morocco. From there, the expedition took us through the country’s diverse hinterland over five unforgettable days of riding. The team returned to Marrakech on 11 October, before heading home on 12 October.

Many of the people involved in our expedition are ACT members who contributed their experience, dedication and personal commitment to the project. Among them were motorcycle adventurer and ACT friend Charley Boorman, our Chairman Mirko Nagler and ACT Track Manager Filipe Elias. ACT members also played an important role in our film, photography and support crews.

Together, we captured the routes, landscapes and encounters that make ACT so special – bringing to life what we stand for: adventure, community and a shared passion for motorcycle travel.

A special anniversary project like ACT Morocco would hardly be possible without the support of our strong partners. Touratech has been our main sponsor for many years, and we’re delighted to have expanded our partner network even further in 2026. BMW Motorrad and Cardo have joined us as new sponsors, while Continental Tires, CHIGEE and several other new partners have also come on board, complementing the commitment of our long-standing supporters.

Together, our partners played a vital role in making this expedition possible. By providing motorcycles, tyres, equipment, navigation and communication solutions, they helped us explore new regions, put innovative technologies to the test under real-world conditions and capture our experiences for an exciting adventure film to share with our community.

From the expedition to the film premiere

Although our expedition has come to an end, the ACT Morocco adventure is far from over!

Throughout our journey, we shared behind-the-scenes impressions and updates on our social media channels, giving our community a glimpse of what we experienced along the way. Now, our film and photography teams are turning the extensive footage and images into a documentary celebrating this special anniversary project.

The highlight will be our official cinema premiere on Friday, 11 December 2026, at the Cinenova cinema in Cologne. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with the screening starting at 7:00 PM. Tickets are available through the ACT online shop.

And, of course, we’re keeping our Christmas tradition alive! On 25 December 2026 at 8:00 PM CET, the ACT Morocco film will premiere free of charge on our official YouTube channel, allowing our entire community to experience the adventure from wherever they are.

The track will be published by the end of January 2027
