The route is based on the 970 km ACT France track and adapted where needed to support training elements and group flow.
Training is seamlessly integrated into the ride and may include:
Balance and slow riding
Gravel and loose surfaces
Line choice and body posture
Steep climbs and descents
Combined riding sequences
