The Pyrenees offer a spectacular setting for the next level of Ride & Train.
From the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic coast, the route crosses Spain, France and Andorra and combines remote gravel roads, rocky mountain trails, forest tracks, steep climbs and descents, and countless winding roads.
The route is based on the 1,160 km ACT Pyrenees track and adapted where needed to support training elements, changing weather conditions and a safe group flow.
Training is seamlessly integrated into the ride and may include:
Balance and slow riding
Gravel and loose surfaces
Line choice and body posture
Steep climbs and descents
Combined riding sequences
Exact exercises depend on terrain, weather and group level.
